If you have come to this page, you are probably wondering why a mortgage agent is seeking investors for real estate deals. Well, real estate investing is a big part of my business, private lenders are significant and necessary to keep Ontario’s real estate market moving.
I have some individuals who invest their wealth as either lender (mortgages) or joint venture partners. And I am always looking for other individuals that can afford, and understand real estate investing.
My goal with all of my investors is to build a solid relationship with them. I like to understand their long-term goals and what their expectations are when it comes to investing.
The types of deals that generally get funded by an investor:
- private first or second mortgages on residential or commercial properties
- land assembly
- mezzanine financing
- construction loans for flips
- bridge financing
The commitment to these types of deals could be from a few weeks to five years. Funds can be from $25,000.00 and up.
